Upon acceptance of your abstract for CEPSI 2025, please follow the guidelines below to ensure your full paper submission meets all required criteria.

Full Paper Submission will be available for upload in the Author Console. 

Deadline to upload your Full Paper

Only submissions through the CMT Portal will be processed.

Paper Review Notification

Primary Contact Authors will be notified of full paper acceptance by 15 July 2025.

Steps to Prepare and Submit Your Full Paper

STEP 1:

Review the Reviewer Comments

  • Access the reviewer comments by logging into your CMT Author Console and selecting "Reviews" under the Status tab.
  • Please incorporate all relevant feedback prior to full paper submission. 

STEP 2:

Download the Official Template

  • CEPSI 2025 will use the IEEE conference templates to ensure a consistent format for all papers in the proceedings. 
  • The official templates are available in either Microsoft Word or LaTeX format.

STEP 3:

Follow Manuscript Format Requirements

  •      i) Length (including references):
  •            • Minimum: 3 pages
  •            • Maximum: 6 page
  •      ii) No page numbers. 

STEP 4:

Submit Your Full Paper

  •      • Go to the Microsoft CMT Portal and use your same Paper ID.
  •      • Submission Window: The "Edit Submission" option under the Actions tab will open from 14 March 2025.
  •      • Deadline: Ensure your full paper is uploaded by 15 April 2025.
