Carlos Aggio leads Accenture’s Energy & Resources AI portfolio in APAC. He brings two decades of global experience helping energy, utilities and other asset-intensive industries turn AI and digital technology into measurable value across core operations and business functions.
Carlos works directly with business and technology leaders to design and execute AI Blueprints to move organisations from passive analytics to intelligent, agentic operations, delivering 40–70% process optimisation and faster time-to-value. His current focus is safe, federated agentic AI solutions that integrate real-time decisions across complex systems, such as grids, production networks and field operations, while preserving data sovereignty.
Before Accenture, Carlos was a partner at Deloitte and PwC, where he led large-scale digital and AI programs.
