Datuk Ir. Megat Jalaluddin, President/CEO of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), leads the company’s drive toward sustainable, innovative energy solutions aligned with Malaysia’s net-zero 2050 goal.
With over 30 years of experience, he has held key roles including Chief Strategy & Ventures Officer and Chief Retail Officer, where he led business growth, digital transformation, and strategic expansion. He also serves as Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Tenaga Nasional and contributes to academia and industry through various advisory roles, including with UTP,
UMPSA, and AIBP.
A strong advocate of technical excellence, he chairs CIGRE Malaysia (2024–2026) and contributes to global and national platforms such as IEC TC13, CIRED Malaysia, and SIRIM. Datuk Ir.
