Georgie Skipper is the Founder and CEO of Lucetia Group, a strategic advisory firm operating at the nexus of capital, policy, and innovation to accelerate the deployment of critical infrastructure for the net-zero economy. Lucetia advises global institutions, governments, and industry on market entry, investment frameworks, and industrial strategy across climate, energy, and advanced manufacturing.
Lucetia is a Founding Consortium Partner of the Green Grids Initiative (GGI), a multilateral platform launched by the Prime Ministers of India and the UK to scale interregional transmission infrastructure. Georgie is also the co-chair of the GGI Asia-Pacific Group, with UN-ESCAP.
Lucetia Group partners with the Indo-Pacific Partnership for Prosperity. The coalition convenes senior leadership from global institutional investors including KKR, Global Infrastructure Partners, Brookfield, BlackRock, and Macquarie, with a focus on mobilizing private capital into transformative infrastructure across frontier and growth markets.
An international relations and geo-economic expert, Georgie has shaped trade, investment, and foreign policy outcomes across the United States, Asia-Pacific, UK, Middle East, and Europe. She has held senior leadership roles across sectors, including on the Executive Leadership Team at SunCable, where she led a team focused on market access, industrial policy, and government relations across APAC.
Georgie served in the Australian Government as Senior Adviser to the Foreign Minister of Australia, the Hon Julie Bishop. She has also held roles across Atlassian, Asia Society, and the United States Studies Centre.
Georgie is a Fulbright Scholar, a Research Affiliate at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and Co-Founder of the MIT Murray Lab for Innovation and Geopolitics.
