Dates
Please follow the instructions below to prepare and submit your final camera-ready paper.
Reviewer comments are available to help you strengthen the clarity, quality, and technical contribution of your paper.
To review review comments:
- Log in to CEPSI 2025 Author Console on CMT
- Click on "Reviews" under the Status tab
- Read all comments and suggested improvements to guide your revisions before uploading your final paper.
For papers aligned with IEEE conference standards, reviewers typically look for:
- A clearly defined problem and the research or technical gap it addresses
- Methodology that is technically sound, with sufficient detail for understanding and evaluation
- Results that are analysed and discussed meaningfully, not just presented
- Conclusions that highlight key contributions and provide relevant insights for the IEEE and wider power sector community
Revisions must be made prior to submitting the final camera-ready paper. To be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore, your paper must comply with both formatting and content standards.
Paper Formatting Requirements
All final papers must strictly follow the IEEE PES conference paper format. This includes:
Maximum Length: 6 pages (including references)
Paper Size: A4 (210 mm x 297 mm)
Layout: Two-column format
Font: Times New Roman, 10-point
Title and author information centred at the top of the first page
Figures and tables placed close to their first reference
References formatted using IEEE-citation style
Structure and Citation Requirements
To be eligible for IEEE Explore publication, your paper must contain the following sections:
i. Abstract
ii. Introduction
iii. Conclusion, and
iv. References
The following citation and referencing standards must also be met:
- Credible references must be included and properly cited within the main text as in-text citations. This is a mandatory requirement for IEEE papers. Papers with a reference list but no corresponding citations in the body will not meet IEEE standards.

Important Rules to Note:
- Each registration supports the presentation of one (1) paper only.
- The registration email must match the Primary Contact Author email in the CMT portal.
- If you have more than one paper, you must assign a co-author to register for each additional paper.
Presentation Requirement
All accepted papers must be presented in person at CEPSI 2025 in Singapore. There will be no virtual or pre-recorded presentation.
Presenting authors must attend their session as scheduled. Failure to present will result in exclusion from the final proceedings and publication to IEEE Xplore.
Important Note on IEEE Xplore
Only papers that meet the following requirements will be considered for submission to IEEE Xplore, subject to final approval:
✅ The paper has been accepted and presented in person at CEPSI 2025
✅ The paper is properly formatted and complies fully with IEEE conference paper guidelines
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their paper adheres strictly to all formatting rules and submission requirements outlined above.
Please note that papers missing a Conclusion section or containing uncited or non-credible references will not be considered eligible for upload to IEEE Xplore. Inclusion in the CEPSI 2025 Proceedings does not guarantee publication unless all IEEE requirements are met.
For further clarification, please refer to the FAQ below.
Q1: I have more than one accepted paper. Do I need to register for each?
Yes. Each registration covers only one paper. If you have multiple accepted papers, please assign a co-author as the Primary Contact Author in CMT for the additional paper(s), and they must register separately using their own email.
Q1: Can a co-author present on my behalf?
Yes, as long as they are listed as the Primary Contact Author in CMT and complete a separate registration using the same email address listed in the system.
Q3: How is my registration linked to my paper?
The registration system will automatically match your registration using your email address and Paper ID from CMT. Please make sure the email you use for registration is the same as the one listed under the Primary Contact Author in CMT.
Q4: Can one registration be shared between two authors?
No. Registrations are individual and linked to one paper only. They cannot be shared or reused.
Q5: I am a co-author but not presenting. Do I need to register?
You only need to register if you plan to attend CEPSI 2025 in person.
